| Much better than I thought it would be. Expecting pretty good things from this, animation was good and art was outstanding. Great job with the soundtrack too. Well the plot, looks a bit too try hard but meh. |

| Agree with everyone the op just ruin the show, but the ed is awesome with mei dissapearin the end , the chara in mangga and in the anime really different especially the aunt, can anyone tell me why? |

That's because the anime isn't based on the manga, both the manga and anime are based on the novel. People that keep comparing the anime to the manga are incredibly silly. |

| The Novel doesn't have illustrate at all(except for the front cover).So,the character designer is free to make their own character =) The episode has some good atmosphere.The only thing I don't understand is why they keep on showing those barbie doll >.>" me not understanding the hate for Ali project 0.0" .Me like it really much tho |
| this show is exactly the kind of show i love - mysterious, dark, and atmospheric, with a sense of increasing fear - really enjoyed the animation, story, characters - opening song was kind of lame, and also, does anyone notice that almost every anime opening you see lately has a shot of the sky with electric lines criss-crossing? strange........ ending song was great - can't wait to see how this develops - at least i have one new anime to look forward to this season........... |

| I liked the first episode. The atmosphere was just great. Just the opening didn't match. I liked the song, but for such anime, it did not match. Anyways, I hope it will remain good. |
| First impression:Very, very good!!! Expept from the OP, everything else was done really well(music,voices,scenes),it's creepy, it has mystery and I like that... I am looking forward to see the next episodes of this anime since I'm reading the manga, so I will definately keep watching!!! 9/10 for me |

| Im glad they kept the same atmosphere as the manga ;D seems its gonna be great (although the manga art is breathtaking and Misaki is gorgeous on the manga). Loved the ost, ED, and about the OP i dont think its bad. Voice actors are also excellent. |

| OK, I have to say that I've never, ever ever enjoyed ALI PROJECT's songs as OP, may be as endings, but not as OP. Anyway, I think that if they rush the story, It will be such a mess, but the plot has potencial. Can't wait for the rest of the seires :3 |

| Oh my god, I hated the OP. ALI PROJECT's songs for anime are highly obnoxious and many of them sound too alike. Anyways, this is good so far, but I'm a tad bit frightened, the character designs are fantastic. I love Noizi Ito, so of course I'm going to adore the design. The dolls really creeped me out. |

| The OP has a spoiler? Well I don't really mind though. It's not like in Gundam AGE where I got "spoiled" by Toys "R" Us, seeing a Titus and Sparrow kit even before the show started airing. LOL |

| I liked the atmosphere as it aroused my curiosity. OP wasn't bad. Was expecting an OP just like Shiki OP 1. Art was good and liked the music in the preview. ED sounds Ok. |

| I wouldn't say I was scared but I thought this episode did a great job of building atmosphere and tension. The background music was excellent and I enjoy the various characters so far. Only 12 episodes = / Bleh. |

| First impression is rather positive. I like that dark atmosphere. Animations are rather simple, but nicely done. Especially the BGM stood out. Creepy but still attracting. |

| Awesome atmoshpere is awesome. I love how characters are so suspicous of Kouchi trying to act friendly on the outside, and overall feel this show gives off is great. I wonder if it's really just his name connected with Misaki's story that makes them afraid though. |

| This definitely got me intrigued. The atmosphere was pleasantly unsettling and send shivers down my back not to mention the fitting BGM and the gorgeous visuals. |

The reason for that is I read till Vol 3 RAW and yeah we need people who various backgrounds to unravel this series. I myself cannot do it. There is far too much mystery in this series to dabble in the occult books for it. The findings are immense perhaps too many of variations of them. One thing for sure a grudge/curse is on. |
| Finally got to see the first episode!(note.it started December 26 -_-) and I liked it a lot. Now I can't wait fr next one. It's as good as I expected. |

| I agree with most comments: Eerie > Scary, but I really didn't mind that. The art, regardless of the subjectivity in this matter, was good and consistent, the sound augmented the mysterious atmosphere accordingly and the characters don't seem to be... bad. First impressions? It has... potential. It could very well best most, if not all, of the other animes for this season seeing that most look devastatingly lackluster in my opinion. |

| Very nice episode, I love how it gives you little information, it makes me want the next episode now to find out what's all this about... Though, I still don't get how people could rate right off from the first episode, I meant sure even if you read the manga but still first episode is still too early to judge an anime even if it was good. -.- |
