| The op and ed are good. However, I hate the lame cliched introduction to the hero of this anime. Bleach hero becomes a soul reaper? Saw that coming from a mile away. Also his spirit powers are exaggerated. It is like he became a new version of DBZ. I would rather prefer Issei from High school dxd than this. The shinigami looks like a trap/reverse trap. I wonder which one it is. And the MC is a huge jerk. Beating up the skaters just because they knocked the vase on the street over. Keep the flowers at the ghost's grave you AHO. Maybe that's why her spirit hasn't departed yet. Don't get me started with the animation. It sucks big time for a long running series. The shingami's drawing book looked better than the art for this episode. If this cliche anime continues to persist for the next episode, I might as well drop this. There is no use in watching this at all. Wonder why a professional shinigami couldn't defeat a demon but an amateur MC can just do it like he has completed potty training. |

| Hmm, back when I first watched this as a kid, it was the best thing ever. Now that I'm older, it's your stereotypical initiation into a new manga/anime, where the MC is so strong that everyone and their moms are shook, and they somehow get powers within the first episode. I mean, overall, it was a decent episode. Looking at the animation now vs. back in like 2008, it definitely lacked in quality, but what can you expect lol I just hope I'm not wasting my time trying to rewatch the show |

| Welp, let's start this, I don't know if I will go through the whole thing (I have heard about all the filler arcs), but I hope I can watch at least the first 109 dubbed episodes here on Netflix, we will see later. |

| after years of putting it off, today I finally said 'fuck it' and started bleach :D. After episode 1 I can only note this: Ichigo looks amazing! |

| Tried Bleach already over 10 years ago. Back then the series didn't catch me and wasn't my cup of tea compared to One Piece or Naruto. I dunno exactly why, but as a child I perceived it as an half-assed attempt at trying to be dark and with stuff like Berserk it didn't seem as intriguing. And neither did I dig the plain character designs nor was the setting appealing in my eyes. Now pushed by friends I'm up for another try and weirdly enough, I enjoyed it a lot more. I guess the fact that I have experienced the whole spectrum of anime comes into effect and I'm able to appreciate a good old shounen story more than before when I had super high standards due to being spoiled by only the "best stuff". Like OST and the vibe so far. Ichigo also seems like a brave, determined and hard boiled guy, which is neat. From what I've seen in openings there are tons of characters and I'm looking forward to get to know them. So yeah, nice start and here's hoping for a fun journey. |

| Wow this anime's been way too long on my list so i decided to go through if i'll have to multitask due to how long this show is. 1st episode's alright, , the opening is good, the OST is beautiful. Ichigo seems to have this exaggerated heroic personality though sometimes he appears to be uncaring. |

| I decided to start watching this anime but after the first episode I'm not quite sure how I feel about it, I wouldn't say it's good but it's not dreadful either. Although the character designs are quite neat I still don't like the idea that Ichigo is so OP from the get go with this "unknown power". I'll have to continue watching and see if my opinion changes. |
| basically i wanted to start rewatching before the new continuation series began, but i have free time in vacation and couldn't resist. as like every shounen anime many question at first and introduction of the new MC, ichigo x rukia are great. |

| Today is the day i start watching Bleach, hopefully i can finished it before the new Anime was released. So i have around 10 months. Holy Shit Episode 1 and I'm already hooked 😱 The Comedy actually made me laugh when Ichigo kick Rukia in his room lll Why do i wait this long for. Listen to this OP somehow bring back nostalgia. |

| It's about time I started watching the other 2 anime of the Big 3(Although I've still not completed Naruto lol) Anyways with all this hype of the Bleach anime (1000 year blood war arc) coming.....I thought why not complete the first part....So yeah a pretty good start....we have Soul reapers, Wholes, and Hollows.....And the power system too is kinda interesting....Hopefully I'll be able to complete the remaining 365 episodes..... |

Most of the episodes are fillers that you can skip. You can just search on Google: "which bleach episodes should I watch in order." Anyways thanks for letting me know....although, the way I am I'd probably watch all the episodes no matter how boring it'll be.... |
| This was such a massive nostalgia rush. I'm rewatching this for the first time since 2007. Bleach was my all time favorite anime back then. While this first episode hasn't aged particularly well, I have to say I'm excited to be kicking this journey off through the anime that defined my high school years. |

| Not what I expected, I thought Ichigo got too powerful too soon, but his personality and determination makes up for it. Pretty good start to the series. |
