| Oh god, the three of them are in a pretty big mess now. Fourth betrayed them after all. I had a hunch since the beginning that he couldn't be trusted. Lately Yuno is just going into a different mental state whenever Yukiteru is in danger. Well, at least they have their trump card, but Yukiteru seems reluctant to use it. |

| What makes me wonder is what made 4th decide to align himself with Yukiteri and Yuno then later betray them? The scene where 4th and Yuki were playing Russian Roulette was quite interesting. For a good bit, I srsly thought 4th was going to shoot Yuki. Btw, I'm really interested in seeing how it all ends. Yuno seems to be calm but goes psycho when Yuki is in danger. I doubt she has the will to kill the person she loves. |

| If you think about who the first few eliminated diary holders have been (serial killer, cult leader, crazy vigilante, second serial killer) you can see how the holder of the investigation diary might get involved. Of course Fourth is also interested in the game for his own selfish purposes and that is where having a few allies (stooges, patsies) would be useful. Up to this point neither Yuki nor Yuno were suspected of crimes, so Fourth may well have thought that they would be naive tools (not realizing that Yuno has killed lots of people already in order to "save" Yuki). Minene is a different case, but it is always better to know exactly where your competitors are and what they are doing, particularly if you can keep them close enough to shove a knife into their unsuspecting back when the time is right. Of course the real villain is the god who created this twisted game... |

Deus doesn't have much choice in the matter beyond what he can do about it because his body is rotting. I find his approach sensible. It's social darwinistic, a battle royale. Even if it does involve numerous deaths, there is no safe way to know if the world can manage without a god of time. A person's survivability in the royale depends on how well they can use their diary and how resourceful they are. Throw in those factors and it is pretty clear Deus wants the smartest to win. As some people might have noticed by now the insane are less likely to survive. Those that throw caution to the wind (like third did numerous times) have an even slimmer chance of surviving. Deus may or may not be the archetypical 'good guy' because he seems to enjoy conflict altogether, but his methodology is reasonable to the point you understand what he's trying to do. |

| Minene gets more awesome every episode, she just doesn't seem as bad of a person as she did in the beginning and now shes my 2nd favorite char after Yuno ofc. Hope nothing goes wrong for her in the next episode. Fourth's got a legit worth cause, he doesn't seem to care if he is going to die as long as his son gets saved based on the proposal he made to Minene. But damn he looks like an evil asshole the way he's working things right now. Can't wait for him to get killed tbh. Yuno is awesome as always, I love it when she goes berserk and even more when she goes all kawaii. That scene w/ the ladder was great imo lmao. |

| Not going to mince words, the episode sucked. Haven't had any real problems with the show till now and even loved it for the most part but this episode? Damn. The series has officially gone from fantastical to nonsensical. Yuno went from crazy to just plain stupid. Sure, let's shoot up a police station. That will solve everything. You don't shoot someone in the chest if you want them dead. It was pretty obvious he was wearing a vest. Again, stupid. Who jumps off a building and walks away like nothing happened? This is the biggest thing that bothered me. I don't care if they landed on a big marshmallow there should have been some consequence to it. The most obvious being death. They jumped off a building that was like 5 stories tall, after all. If they had been injured then captured I would have been fine with it but it just got glossed over and went it a direction that made little sense. Also, the shack that stuck out like a sore thumb that just happened to be in such a convenient location. Seriously? Wasn't aware that Yukiteru had the sense of smell of a dog, either. I want to be able to smell donuts from a mile away too. There was also other things like the explosions just happening to blow up a very specific part of the hall while leaving everything else fine and doing it on both sides. There's also 4ths wife not hearing any of this going on. Is she deaf now? How was she talking to them? Why was she? In the end to me it seemed like a complete and utter mess. A true disappointment. I hope it goes back to being good but I'm not going to get my hopes up. |

Overall series, while it has some strong and interesting points (mostly in premise thou), is mostly immature trying to impress viewers with shock twists rather then accurate and well thought out plot. Who knows. I think the last episode was actually pretty bad too. Wrote a lot of it off as something that doesn't mesh with my tastes or stuff I'd know about, though. Tastes being trying to make Minene cute. She's a mass murder, no thanks. Not knowing about being the wedding stuff. Before that, I don't think it was nearly as blatant as it was here. More fantastical rather than nonsensical, probably. Also, how stupid Yuno was this episode is a serious sticking point with me. She's sharp enough to realize that the food was tamperd with in a previous episode but not smart enough to get that 4th was wearing a vest? Please. |

And before I get flamed, I'm not taking this show seriously at all. The whole point of the franchise is DAT YANDERE. And maybe some Minene, at least for me. I'm getting what I had subscribed for. |

| As this show has been progressing, there's been something nagging at me. And after this episode, I finally realize that the execution of the story progression is off. I don't mean off from the manga; they're adapting it just fine. But I feel that the producers aren't executing the scenes so well as I would like to expect. Seriously, it seems like the series is taking a slow trek downhill. |

| This is easily the worst episode of the series. Yuno now has a bipolar personality that works as an on/off switch, she decides that opening fire in a police station is a sound idea, shoots the entire cylinder at point blank range to Fourth but she barely scratches him, while Yuki, a boy who never handled a gun in his entire life, fires while panicking and crying and kills with his first shot. Yuno and Yuki fall off a four stories building landing on a truck and they aren't even scratched. And Minene switches sides faster than you can say "Judas", without any motivation and knowing that she'll be certainly killed if she does that. And everyone says that we shouldn't pay attention to the plot. How?! This is a plot driven anime, and it's a quite complex plot! It's like if I'm reading a mystery novel where the murders don't make any sense and someone says:"Well, you shouldn't read it for the case, read it for the X." |

Replying to the mentally challenged makes my head feel that way too. -argg pain- 1. Said everything about Mirai Nikki is unrealistic 2. Fancy and subtle way of calling the show retarded 3. Gave reason as to why Im still watching the show (and what a sad reason that is) 4. | Somehow, the impact of this episode has been lost on me. Perhaps the execution or the pacing is to blame. The adaptation itself is going good, despite several differences from the source. What I didn't like though was Yuno's "Crazy mode on/off" depiction which wasn't in the source. It makes Yuno look like she has two different personalities, which isn't really the case. |
