| I've come to realize Idolmaster is a deceptive show at times. Sure, there's all the moe and fluff and it has its boring and generic episodes, but really, for the most part it's a good anime. At first, I actually went into Idolmaster thinking it was going to be a harem ridden with fanservice. Not sure why I thought that... Glad to know I was wrong on that part. And with this, it culminated with an amazingly directed episode. Chihaya's performance was wonderfully done. What a strong and powerful voice. Yeah, not gonna lie. I cried a little. |

| 250th Vote for 5/5. This episode took a few hours, a re-watch, and a critical de-construction with resident Chihayafag, Don_Don_Kun to sink in. Truly a SSSSS-rank (how many Ss did Nanoha franchise use?) episode. I have not encountered something this moving in a very long time. |

| Chihaya wasn't much of a character until this episode.. sadly I felt annoyed with her most of the time. When her past came out during this episode I couldn't help feeling so much, I shed so many tears seeing her as a little girl, and that f***ing shoe! oh my god! I'm sniffling just thinking about it at her feet on the stage, and they all appear to sing around her and .. it's so wonderful! 5/5!! |
