| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I don't like the new OP too much, it's not bad but not as good as the previous one. The ED however is better than the last one, so I'm satisfied. The episode was good, the pillow fight between Talho and Eureka was great. :D I'm looking forward to how this is going to turn out. And who would've thought that there'd be a Love Parade in Eureka seveN. xD |

| OP was pretty epic, though I also liked how ED went back to being in Bb minor / Db major--that's the key that the OP1 (Bbm), OP2 (Bbm), and OP3 (Db) were in. The plot is definitely getting somewhere...though I'm surprised it actually took several episodes to get here--each time revealing a little bit. I'd have enjoyed it more had they moved the plot along a bit faster. |

| Ohhh, Eureka get a new haircut telling from the OP/ED/preview... Nice, that haircut from before was ugly, she look more feminine and older now. Is it me or Renton hair also grew longer in the OP? Those fucking kids... Goddamnit! Imagine if some people die because of their ''accident''? If I were them, I'd feel terrible. So they meet Sakuya... Dewey said that Norb failed to protect her. What did he meant by that? |

| Anemone crying in the opening, oooooo- no no I shouldn't look to to that as evidence ,after all nothing in the previous op reflected anything she did in the actual show so "Stop referring to Anemone as an it" OOOOOOOOOOOOH! so he definitely still cares about her, not outright proof yet but it certainty doesn't disprove my theory. Love the new op in general actually, very upbeat with lots of cool imagery also a bit of a religious tone to it some parts almost sound like hymn or something which seems very fitting considering we're now deep in the voderac hq and everyone's talking about arks and that. As for the episode itself much better than the last two. |

| So Eureka can have children and she gets mad when Talho calls Renton a child hmmm. The kids doing something dumb is nothing new. And how can someone stay without taking a shower for so long? How long until Dominic betrays the army? FFS. I like the new OP and ending, but for now I prefer all the others. |
| 40 episodes in and this show still makes me never want to have children in my life. Probably the biggest takeaway and longlasting thing to remember about this show. Visually, one of the weakest episodes overall too and its not like the content was better. The only real thing I liked about this episode was the Talho-Eureka conversation that led to the pillow fight, Eureka seeing Renton like a man eh, it's amazing for how close they've been recently and how much they love each other, zero progress has still been made in that department lol. |
| Why do they keep bringing the kids into these life-or-death situations and not just... keep them in the Gekko where they'll be safe? I get why they're in the series but do they really need to be shoved into every episode? |

| The new OP is great, sorta NGE-esque in style, but I'd say this OP is better than the previous one. The ED is more or less the same, though the visuals of the previous ED were more pleasing. This show is in a dilemma as of now, with Talho being pregnant and the confirmation that Eureka herself can bear a child, it's as if they want to convey that childbirth and life in general is precious and should be treated with utmost importance. YET! At the same time, seeing these three dumbass brats doing their idiotic and selfish act right now really made me wish that Eureka just shower them down with lead those years ago. My god what a bunch of good for nothing pests. They've done no value whatsoever aside from causing serious troubles and more mouths to feed on the Gekko. Holland should actually roundhouse kick them to oblivion. We're now approaching an important part of the story with Sakuya but the fucking Kids... Damn they're distracting. |
