| Haven't played ef, so I can't really say anything about him (yet). And tthammy, what a brilliant idea. Let's make a poll with every character, I love polls with several thousand alternatives to choose from. /Sarcasm If I were to name a character I really like, it'd be Maou from G-Senjou no Maou, or pretty much any other criminal mastermind. The characters I like the most are those who does whatever they feel like and doesn't have any weird morals (Shirou, for one). Then I also like mind games and strategic things, so Maou is the perfect character to me. He could've been made much better, but I don't think I've seen someone else even nearly as interesting yet I think. Then I also like the protagonist in Wanko to Kurasou because of his view on love, I kinda adapted it. |
| Gilgamesh from Fate stay night. It's not that I like him as a villain but as character. I like villains who have a personality and don't act like some insane psycho who just kills people. I also like overpowered characters, and Gil is definitely over powered. He Can kick anyones ass if he wants too. So yeah Gil is my favorite VN character of all time and also my favorite character of all time. @Azathoth BTW Maou is a character on the MAL Datebase now. You can add him in your top 10 favorites if you want. |

| Nishijou Takumi from Chaos;Head. I do not know, it was love at first sight (when I read the VN prologue). And then I started to like him even more! I love his way of thinking, his behavior, how he always sounds "panicked" even when there is no need to, I think it is absurdly cute for some reason. And I totally understand him too. Unhappily, in the anime adaptation, his personality was changed a lot... I still love him, though. The second place goes to Satsuki Yumizuka from Tsukihime series. |

Takeru: Proactive protag who shows great character development over the series. Nagisa: Because Clannad wanted her to be a character to care about, and succeeded. Screw you Clannad. Akio: Because BEST DAD EVER. That's why. Rin: Honestly, same reason as Nagisa. Screw you Little Busters! Sumika: Because she's a awesome 30:70 tsundere, and an alternative to Meiya, who I hated until Alternative. Saya: Because.... tentacles. That's why. No, in all seriousness, I liked the way they portrayed her in the broken world, and played with your attached feelings quite a bit. Cast of Higurashi: Because we get to see the best of both worlds! <-- Get it? Get it? I write long posts, sorry. |

| Hard to pick one of them, but the trio of Kengo, Masato, and Kyousuke from Little Busters! are all great characters. I feel for Kengo the most, but Masato is such a bro, and Kyousuke's different sides of his personality are really interesting. For girls, Tohsaka Rin from F/SN and Saigusa Haruka from Little Busters! are my favorites. I've only played 4 VNs so my options are limited haha. |
