| Man things are really sparking up, Rukawa was on a role. Wonder how long Akagi can last, they're really holding up against Kainan better than I thought. I can't help but get excited when Sakuragi gets his hand on the ball too, he's really come a long way. I don't really mind the pace either, I actually like how much attention is being paid to each moment of this intense struggle. |

| Really enjoying this entire game and this was a great episode. Rukawa rocked it and I liked the fist pump he did when Akagi came back on the court. Nice to see Rukawa not be aloof and show his respect for his captain. |
| The narrative storytelling/plot keeps you on the edge of your heels week to week. Rukawa-kun!!! So much hype. This Kainan game is amazeballs. So many good players. This is what classic anime is all about. |
