| No, Blood-C is based on the same series but it's stand-alone and not a sequel or anything, so it's not a requirement to have seen Blood: The Last Vampire or Blood+. I recommend watching them though as they're quite good. |

Watch the original anime movie(s) and Blood+(which is quite fascinating in on where it takes its characters). Wait till jury's out on Blood-C. Its 12 Episodes and so far there are serious doubts on it reaching the quality of previous works. |
