| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I'm starting to like Nizuma-kun's personality more and more. I liked how Bakuman decided to make him a good rival character, instead of an unlikeable antagonist character. I found Miho's family's repeating jokes on Kaya's growing body quite funny. :D And finally, we get to see some development in Miho's career, too. I almost forgot that she also has to achieve success in order to marry Mashiro. |

Agreed very much. I would've seriously hated it if they had made him into an unlikeable egotistical prick so we'd have to root more for the heroes. And it was nice seeing some progression on Miho's career. |

The interaction between him and Moritaka/Takagi was great. I also liked seeing more of Azuki's goals. She's kind of wicked to him with the texting though, isn't she? It's kind of hard to tell she likes him when she writes stuff like that, but I guess that's just their relationship. Personally, I could never imagine writing something like that to a guy I liked. |

| After last weeks episode which I thought was really interesting, I kind of got bored watching this episode, which never really happens to me. Dx I liked the focus on Miho getting closer to her goals though, and the cellphone conversations between Mashiro and Miho are always really cute. Her personality through texting is so much different than how she is when she's talking in person. >-< |
| I thought this ep was a little slow, but it was great to see Miho get that part. I think Eiji Nizuma really thinks he can be friends with Saiko and Shujin, his attitude towards them speaks volumes about his own immaturity. Also, the fact that Ejii thought "Money and Intelligence" was better then his own works is also insightful to me if Ejii thinks they are really that talented. |

Putting it with ever gentler words is actually worst at this case, it won't reassure him as much because he will think you are just being nice. Showing she is slightly annoyed is better because she demonstrates how serious she has taken the promise she made making him see he shouldn't doubt her. |
| Well more than a horrible episode I found it quite good since two important event happened.... One.... Ashirogi versus Niizuma rivalry was finally established and recognised by both parties, and Two Miho reaching a debut on a Midnight Anime as a VA!!! All the hard work is finally paying off! Well I'm especially happy with Miho's progress since we barely knew of her... She's like a complete mystery for us but now we know that she's really doing good... Too bad she's not confident enough to really take the best out of her... She makes herself less... Just saying that she's not pretty enough? WTH! You're pretty, maybe not gorgeous like your mom but dang it, you're way cuter and prettier than any of the girls that were there for the fight of a single little role.... Saint Visual Girl Academy huh? Me wonders what will happen next in her side... Oh and the cat is still there... me never saw it on the manga.... But heck she's a good pet :P LOL at Azuki's family joking about Kaya's body and Lol at Kaya singing... goshness... she sang really awful :S And see why we love Niizuma! He isn't a bit dislikable! I know he's a total weirdo and a anti-social guy, just like L, but man that's what we can call a decent and great rival... Helping you out.... Saying witty stuff... and admiring you work! That's great! I really like that! Niizuma is really something.... so it's time for new mangakas? Oh Me is eagerly waiting for them :p Signs, Green |

| As per usual, this episode of Bakuman was leaning towards boring but thanks to the part about creating manga it never gets there. The romance between Mashiro and Miho is starting to look more believable (after all they are just two highschool kids who are probably afraid to make a move and make up excuses/crazy ideas instead) but still a bit tedious to watch. Takagi and <what's that other girl's name> are acting even more childish, just what the hell does their relationship mean anyway? |

| Eiji and Takagi are seriously the only good things about this anime anymore. Sorry but I honestly don't give a crap about Azuki, plus there was like no development story wise. Hopefully next episode is better |
| I thought that the episode was interesting. Seems slower than most of the other episodes though, but I like the progress with the plot. I liked Eiji though, it was fresh of them to have a "genius" type character with a personality like that. |
