| I know right. I mean, Death was probably like "Ok so injury to the heart here, a shot in the head, hmmm how about some burning wood on that back of yours, and done. Alright, take 'em away boys". And then you have the two guys looking over at Lutz as Lutz is burning away, and one of the guy debating if he should shoot him one last time just for good measures, and the other guy just shaking his head like, "No bruh..." is just. Is just. REALLY FKING REALLY NOW? The guy was going to bleed to death or go in shock just from the first wound to the heart alone, I mean c'mon now. Poor Lutz. |

| Excellent episode, one of the best so far. Reinhard keeps proving why he is the best character in the series. I dont care if the betrayal wan't logical, it messed things up and created an intense atmosphere in the show. Very engaging plot, the risk was taken and i approve of it xD. |
Even when standing on the edge of dying Reinhard still show no sign of fear nor hesitation, truly lives up to what makes a real king, a rea leader, to stand above all else. This is also the reason why he gained so many soldier's admiration, proof is that a traitor turned his flag the instance he saw Reinhard standing in front of them. Reinhard is a shining statue that many men aspire to be, respect and admire him, which is why Lutz didn't hesitate to sacrifice himself, to die in protecting the most powerful being in the universe is perhaps many men's dream in the Imperial side. He died standing, pointing the gun at his enemies and scare them at the same time, you can't get a more beautiful death than this. Salute to the man. |

| Next time you see someone waving at his fiancé before they tame off that's when the death flag rises RIP Lutz I hoped that he could escape that chaos like Rambo movies but I was mistaken sadky. Julian got more characters development this episode I never used to hate more like I was fine with him being there like Emil is with Reinhard, watching Yang soul sitting on that chair so peacefully makes me want to hear his voice so badly, and I miss his brandy and tea so much. |

| things indeed makes no sense lol. earth cult aka rubinsky didn't planned to kill reinhard in the rebellion. but here the soldiers had been guaranteed they would get huge amount of money to kill him. so rather than the characters guess, as the watcher you can't guess enough that either rubinsky knew reinhard won't killed miraculously. or that it's really reunthal rebellion. with all that being said, i really wants to see reuntal view that he isn't related to this at all lol. though i believe even if this will be the case, he will still be charged being traitor, so he will use the situation for that. so he will be rubinsky's pawn. it will be surprising if it won't happen, considering the narrator spoilering very early that reuntal and myetmyer won't see drink wine again. the only possible way for this not to happen, is rather reunthal making suicide, or rather being locked up by reinhard. if yang's death was weird, lutz was weirder. will he gets to valhala or not because the tree killed him and not soldiers? lol. at any rate it was rather expected due the fiance's goodbye. it's not the first time lol. i'm finding julian growing good in this season. i may guess that his actions will turns all rubinsky's/earth cult speculations in 180 degrees. |

| What an intense episode this has been, I must say I havent felt like this for quite some time in this anime Reinhard arriving at that planet really was a big mistake to begin with, the fact that he was so outnumbered and still managed to flee is really a miracle and proof of how amazing his subordinates are. Can't just not mention Lutz sacrifice and all clever moves from Reinhard specially with that speech to soldiers about that only one of them can claim the glory of killing him. The whole episode has been a damn epic one, If you watched Gaiden you will know how he met Lutz and that. What an episode... |
