So, ch 2 fukken where? ch 2 is out but i dont plan on reading it, you cant even compare character art, the novel is just too good.. the manga characters look nothing like them (bastards ruined my asuna D:) |

| The first volume of the novel was simply awesome, but I kinda miss the beautiful illustrations from it. As expected, the first chapter only covered a tiny bit of the novel, the whole story is rather complex, so I think it'll take 15-20 chapter to cover the first volume. |

| It was alright, never read the light novel, but this story seems like it has potential. After read the 2 chapters that have been scanalated I have so many questions, like what happened to Cline and that girl (I'm guessing her name is asuna) can't wait for the next chapter... |
| I agree with TrueUchiha, the art just looks too...understated to even be compared to how the Novel describes them. I don't like it, it looks amateurish...is the only way to describe it. Anyone interested in the novel Illustrations: http://www.baka-tsuki.org/project/index.php?title=Sword_Art_Online:Volume_1_Illustrations Though I did like it, the "fight" scenes seem kind of good, will see how it goes. Anyone who loves the manga should give the novel a try! I usually am not one to be the "Read the book it's better" type person, but try it, you'll love it! |
| Damn, the art style doesn't look good and the "fight" scenes were hard to follow. Like with Accel World, the potential is huge and I take it that they've been trapped inside the game for two years, damn. |
