Just my remarks of this episode: - Dark circles under Mashiro eyes looked really odd animated. - A big insight into manga makeing proces, so educational for those who didn't know. - Shujin moved by reading the manga. "Father!"*snob* :D - Romantisto DNA :) adult Mashiro looked creepy. - Peeking at each other with Azuki, there was such a shojoish feeling. - And finally.... EIJI!! (he was making a way weirder sounds than I expected :D) I don't have an idea what were the baseball bits in preview of next episodes, anyone know about that? |

| What's with the flowery shoujo plot? I don't read the manga, so I don't really know much about Eiji. However, he's voiced that the AMAZINGLY talented Okamoto Nobuhiko, so he's probably gonna be making some craaazy sounds. |

| When I heard Saikou's narratives in the first episode I thought: "Finally, a great anime that's about real life and grounded in reality." But the the last 3 episodes I've watched have been very successful in shitting all over that assumption. |

| Excellent episode. The pacing is a bit weird for me who forgot these parts of the manga but it's going nicely. Manga is serious business here and I appreciated manga more because of this :D. Last part with Miho and Mashiro was really great. Had a big smile on my face after that. Then I was like "wtf" with Eiji's voice. Didn't imagine his screams like that but I'll get used to it. Looks like another Okamoto Nobuhiko/Abe Atsushi rivalry in the characters. I'm kinda annoyed with the name "Jack" that they're using in place of Jump though. I kinda tell myself everytime they say it that it's Jump. Weird to see Naruto in the cover though but we'll get some mentions of other mangas in Jump soon :D |

| Lol, it's way much more weird to actually listen to Eiji's SFX while he's on the phone. I hope we'll see more of him soon. :) Now, animated scenes of the manga they plan is a great idea. I hope they'll animate most of them. I also don't like the name "Jack"... At first (I wasn't listening well) I thought it was some weird fansub mistake, but no... I just don't get why they'll make references to other mangas and not to Jump. I hope they won't randomly rename the mangas as well. |

| did Eiji screech when speaking on the phone? xD an curse the editor for speaking over Eiji >: but yay, now we're getting further with story, and we get to hear more of Eiji; the scene with Mashiro and Miho was so pretty, though it was better in the manga, since the sun didn't made difficult to see Miho! damn J.C staff but it was still good as usual can't wait for the next episode~ |

| Dun flying compare Eiji to L! Eiji is Eiji.... He's a manga genius... not a mystery genius.... Well anyway.... I found the episode kind of annoying... yet satisfying... I mean who wouldn't, if he/she reads the manga, be satisfied of an episode after finally seeing the super duppa crazy manga genius! Okay lesee.... The pace was weird to me... I had the urge for it to be faster, yet I perfectly know that it's just like that, so I shouldn't mind it... Yet... Oh well I guess all the talk contributed to all the slow pace feel, yet all the talk had interesting bits, like the three things you need to be a successful manga by Kawaguchi Taro.... Confidence, Persistence and Luck.... Mostly the third.... That's the whole truth unfortunately... depends a lot of who you encounter in your way to the top... you can meet up with someone who totally supports you... or someone who pushes deep down and crushes your hopes.... Easily seen on this episode... You can encounter someone like Ishihawa... a talentless guy that's pure show, or a girl that's a good critic, or editors that pull out the best of ya, or enemies... that piss you off and push you to be better.... The manga lesson part was good... I thought it would be a bit less longer but it was good... helps out a lot and makes you realise that manga ain't a game at all! Them calling JUMP JACK was way to weird... yet they mention manga names... and present they're cover arts.... oh my so confused I am... xD And oh YAY! for Shujin getting a duplicate key for the studio! Gaaaahhh I hate Mashiro.... How come he doesn't have the guts to ask her email!!! He just lost a perfect chance to ask her! Dude... he's such a pure romantist! Gahhh... when will he get her email eh? HE should already have it! Dude her family is so pretty... I've always wondered how does the father look like..... *shrugs* Anyway... that part was so sweet... and so shoujo.... And the Eiji scene felt kind of misplaced after the lovey dovey Azuki Mashiro moment... But hey they had to leave a big impact there! Signs, Green |

| I can't even lie. This was a boring episode. This show needs to do a better job in presenting the technicalities in the creation of manga without folding in on itself. I understand everything they're saying, so when Saiko says in one scene "There is no right and wrong" and in the next scene talks about something he's drawn not being right (as opposed to not good enough), I get annoyed. I find it strange that someone who would say there is no right or wrong would be so beholden to the way everyone else does manga as opposed to finding a process and tools for himself. |
