THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
A lots of talking in this episode, but also some great moments, that have a bit different feeling than in the manga.

Just my remarks of this episode:
- Dark circles under Mashiro eyes looked really odd animated.
- A big insight into manga makeing proces, so educational for those who didn't know.
- Shujin moved by reading the manga. "Father!"*snob* :D
- Romantisto DNA :) adult Mashiro looked creepy.
- Peeking at each other with Azuki, there was such a shojoish feeling.

- And finally.... EIJI!! (he was making a way weirder sounds than I expected :D)

I don't have an idea what were the baseball bits in preview of next episodes, anyone know about that?

Episode was interesting, and it looks like Niizuma finally makes his appearance :P

some of the animation was interesting, to say the least. the DNA joke was pretty amusing. The detail the episode tells us about manga creation is quite insightful, and really makes the episode feel more realistic.

The part towards the end with Azuki was cute, and seeing Mashiro's reaction was fun to watch.

Wonder how the next episode will turn out.

I like how Moritaka looked so cool an confident in the future.
Miho didn't change one bit.

Milf alert.... and silf alert if she was older.

how about grandmilf...if she was younger? cousin? grand daughter? everybody?!?!

It feels like each episode had nothing happening, yet for some reason I feel so satisfied and eager to watch the next.

Eiji seems... energetic :P

The scene at the end with Miho and Moritaka was pretty good, but I think could of been a bit better.

Yup same.

This episode didn't have much story development and advancement but it was still really nice to watch =)

Yeah. I am sick of hearing about the same deadline crap, but the hearing about the actual effort was nice.

As usual grandpa is awesome. Not a lot of comedy that i found worth wild this episode, but still enjoyable.

I am enjoying this "i'll come for you when i am a man" type of relationship going on here compared to... Well anything else. That last scene was awesome, and I was thinking that i would do the same thing if i was him most likely. =P

LOL at Takagi crying while reading manga, and Moritaka's romantic side.

manga maniac's voice at the end for some reason reminded me of the saibamen from DBZ..

But yeah, Azuki's family really all have the same face with different hairstyle's, lol.. and the moment between Moritaka and her was really good. I haven't read the manga but this anime looks really promising with both the drama and romance factors.

Somewhat slow-paced episode with a lot of talking and not all that much developement story wise.

Did however like the little insight in manga developement that was given.

Good episode. It didn't seem like there was much progression in the story, but it was still really good. Can't wait for next week's episode.

I actually illustrate all my stories in graphic novel style as I feel it's easier to express; character appearance, facial expressions, objects, extras and scenery, yet all my drawings have always been ammaturish, the amount of work a graphic novelist puts into their project is exceptional; I think I'm too lazy?

oh, I didn't think it was slow paced, I actually thought they were starting to pick up the pace this episode-but maybe that's just cause I've read the manga :/ it's just...they've started seriously working at it now, Eiji was mentioned (AND THEN APPEARED OMG) and they talked about talking to an editor and stuff. So basically they've started sowing the seeds of the plot and it's all going to happen next episode :D so to me it feels like there was a lot of development this episode.

this episode was a lot better than the first three, imo. I've been enjoying it, but not really loving it and obsessing like I did when I started the manga, but this episode felt a lot, lot better.

AND EIJI'S NOISES SOUNDED PERFECT, OMG.

I don't get how people are complaining about the pace at all. It's not fast, but it's definitely not slow either. Personally, I'd actually like for it to be a little slower, but I've got no complaints with the current pace.

Another very well directed episode. It did lack a little flow at points, but jumping from day to day works better in manga form so that's to be expected. The animation also seems to be fitting the story very well, even if it is low budget.

"Jack" is going to get really annoying, but there's obvious reason's why they wouldn't be allowed to use "Jump" in the anime.

5/5 for me.

I'm really enjoying this show so far. I love the pacing, and even though the show is mostly :words: it never seems dull or boring. The last scene on the road was nice too. Enjoying all the little Azuki and Moritaka moments.

AWWW! Awesome episode is awesome. All lovey-dovey moment. But before that, so many explanations of how much effort is put behind every manga. Wow, my respect towards the mangaka grows more with every episode with Bakuman.

I dunno about the Eiji guy, but it seems he will be one hell of an entertainment. lol at those weird sounds he made.

5/5

They better show Gintama atleast once in 'Jack'. Since thats my favourite Jump series. :D
