| Looking good. Lots of developments. Fights are kinda short though. I love it that the comedy is still present in this situation and keeps the show fresh and lively. Lol at Erza going in the men's public bath. Happy's teasing of Lucy delivered well, I was really expecting that part in the manga. And the fight was cut at a good place too. Next week we get the conclusion of Lucy/Loke vs Bickslow. And here I thought they stopped putting the relevant parts of next episodes in the preview. Now they revealed that Mira will change form and fight Freed. Oh well, you win some you lose some. Inb4 "Kya~, it's Loke in a tux!", LucyxLoke, and where is Mystogan |

| I just noticed that the one who handles the music of Fairy Tail is also the same as in Shiki. This is kinda overdue but I love the music he does. The music fits the scenes perfectly, whether it's comedy or serious parts. He's very good. I'm kinda one of the few who has praised the music of this show since the beginning : 3. |

| I love the sudden switch of atmosphere xD. Erza's encounter in the men's bath was hilarious especially the part when she saw the shaking elderly and the little kids xD. Appearance of Loke was awesome too :3; Happy: " You like him" made me laugh out loud haha. Where's that Mystogan!!! I want him in the main stage now! EDIT: Just saw the preview and omg, it's Mira's turn now! Bwah can't wait until next week. |

| I was sorta disaapointed in the Evergreen vs Erza battle, It was kinda boring and spent to much time in the air. Plus the sword wielding with her feet was a little bit of bs (wanted to see good technique). But it was a good win for Erza and she came out of it with only minor scratches, meaning shes ready to back up for her next battle when it comes. I am looking forward/hoping to a Freed vs Erza battle. Then Mystigun vs Brickslow? (But will depend on Lucys result) But because judging from the OP, Its going to be Laxes vs Natsu. |

| Mira vs demon Freed... so excited!!!! Random ramblings - Sometimes I hope Natsu got abit more brains like Gray. I find that some of his actions reminds me of a 3 year old retard incapable of logical thinking. I hate to see Natsu remain like this... seeing tat he has great potential to develop into a much more sophisticated character. |

I love it every time Erza fights. I never thought Evergreen had any hope of competing. But man is that chick ever petty. Now it looks like she's a perv, walking in on boys and old men. I'm loving the match up Lucy has, mostly because I want to see what kind of team her and Loke make. This should be fun.  |

| Omg I loved the scene with Erza, loool ^^ And Happy, he's so funny :D Well actually I hoped for Gray and Mystogan this episode but guess we'll have to wait for that... -btw where is Gray? After he's -unfair- defeated we haven't seen him, right?- Omg Mira is.. scary? xd I hope the last fight will be Natsu x Laxes, I mean Natsu is equel to Erza, maybe even stonger if he's using all his dragon slayer magic. Oh, we still need an explonation why Natsu and Gajeel can't leave.. hope they'll explain next episode. But if it's gonna be Natsu x Laxes then who has Mystogan have to beat?.. Can't wait till next week, yeay :D |

| Erza and Evergreen's battle was lousy. The creator(s?), like most, seem to think that 'cat fights' are essential, this I can overlook, yet the fact that Erza fights and wins so quickly is just like rendering another character, who is also aknowledged as powerful, hardworking and tactical, useless. Erza's only 'heated' fight is likely only going to be the one that just passed, with her old friend, otherwise, they're dissregarded. (I'm glad Evergreen got the last laugh however) :p Each time I see Levi, I love her even more, she's so sweet and proves that the pen can be just as mighty as the sword. Laxus is proff that you must discipline your children from a young age. Also, make them work honestly for any inheritence. His snobbery towards Cana was daft too. I officially like Freed (Freid) now.;) He came across as another aloff Gray, yet he's shined through as someone who actually displays personality, so I like him. I actually like Bickslow too, quite interesting; psycotic persona = great villian and anti-hero. I actually prefer Loke with the parker coat over the suit, he just looks like your typical bishi now, whereas before, he looked like a quirky youth, yet anyway, he still seems the great character and I'm looking forward to seeing Loke and Lucy in action. Yay, MiraJane's up next week.:D |

| Erza is too AWESOME :) She used swords using her feet :D She really deserves the title of Titania. As for Loke, he is like a knight in shining armor. Ready to rescue the damsel in distress - Lucy. I want to see them kissing. LOL :D I can't wait to see Mira's demon form :) |

I've praised the music a few times for each show. Both soundtracks are great, in the future he's going to be one of those rare composers who has me watching anime just for the music whether I think the series itself looks good or not. As for the episode, started off kind of weak with Erza's battle being disappointing save her awesome call on Evergreen's bluff. I thought the Master's sudden heart attack was lame. Even inured he beat the crap out of Jose without breaking a sweat. Too convenient for the story. Things picked with the reappearance of Freed and Bicslaw. I've been awaiting Loke's return since his arc and he didn't disappoint, I'm very excited for the upcoming fights, they all look awesome. I just hope they give Erza her due if/when Laxus takes her down. Also they need to let the dragons run wild. This episode ended strong so I hope this where the arc really takes off because so far the series peaked at the Phantom Lord arc. |
| As far as I can remember, there were hints in the manga that Makarov has health problems and he wants to resign from being the master because of it, so the heart attack wasn't that random there. The episode was good, this is my favorite arc of the manga, so I'm glad they are doing it justice so far. Just a tip for those waiting for epic Mystogan fight: don't expect too much, it was one of the most disappointing fights in the manga. |

Bad choice of words on my part, to be fair they've established he's old and been told he should retire. I just think the way it manifested itself finally was too convenient and sudden in the context of everything that's happened and is happening. If he'd exerted himself with a major attack against Laxus or his cronies that'd be another thing. But even then he took out a Wizard Saint after being badly injured without even being out of breath afterwards. |
