| Togame x Shichika just keeps getting better :P and the princess was amusing to watch. The deviant sword this episode was pretty unexpected though. I already can't wait for the next episode. | Aw, Togame was so pissed through the whole episode. I liked that. <3 Byorigou sounded just like Nu-13 from BlazBlue. At first I really thought they share the same VA but they don't. >: And even though Hitei is some serious bitch, I start to like her too. But that opening song... why, oh why Ali Project? It's spreading through anime like goddamn AIDS. |

| I think the doll was only protecting the gold location that there is no workshop. Would you usually design a weapon at your lover image? Only if you hate her and thing that she's deadly. Nice fight though Shichika was really had it though there. |

| Good episode. Hopefully they notice the gold.....TAKE THE GOLD!! Not a fan of the new OP and ED. The princess' sword.....gives me a feeling of where this will lead up to in the end. |
| This series continues to disappoint with each episode. The fights themselves and the relationship Togame and Shichika have are the only real positive points. Last episode, I hoped things would improve after such an awful chapter. His sister was too strong so his winning made no sense, Togame losing her hair was just egregious, and unnecessary hoplelessness fills up each line of dialogue. I still find myself asking why I should care about any of these characters. This episode solved nothing except giving Shichika a little more character. Truly this show is the most overrated and arrogantly insidious I've come across in a while. |

Loved the opening, though the song itself screamed Code Geass to me. But more importantly I was completely satisfied with the episode itself. Emonzaemon has become VERY interesting over the past few episodes. Though I wasn't the least bit surprised he was a shinobi. Come on son, if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck and can slit your throat without you realizing he ever entered the room, then he's a ninja. A duck ninja. |

| For me i think the eye turn into purple is very cute and the novel doesn't even explain anything about it.This is like excessive nose bleed,or a flash in the eye while winking.Basically,the whole eye turning into purple is very new(for some is just weird) Emonzaemon has become VERY interesting over the past few episodes. I am glad someone would finally realize the beauty of this dude.In this episode,He actually deny Hiteihime for the first time.which is very good ,since I am sick of seeing him getting bullied by Hiteihime with all the negative words..... Every Sword has a owner.Wanna guess who is the owner using Biyori?? |

| The series' getting better and better thanks to the relationship bewteen Togame and Shichika growing well and the latter's character development. Also, the monthly format allows the staff to take their time and perfect every detail of the show, which is clearly visible on screen. What a nice OVA, really ! |

| Well, this was a decent episode. I liked the way they developed Shichika using a parallel between him and the doll. Overall, this episode wasn't as amazing as 4 or 5, but definitely a fine addition. ios said: i just noticed Togame's left eye change to violet with cross in it  |
| I love the new OP. Will rewatch several times before the next ep. Shichika was being awfully precocious/cute in this episode. He's great! |

| @above: For now i will let it pass. I assumed that he could grow it back or something, i never actually expected him to not recover from it. Although i have to say it is very big and furry. O.o I won't say it was a very good episode but my standards for this show have increased. @mcjazzman32: i agree with the hair. I like it longer. I am not in love with the show but i do think you just never acquired the taste for the heavy text. It took me two or three episodes to actually start liking this too. I will say that the shounen like "I believe in you!" stuff was eye rolling a bit but not as cliche as it could have been. |

| ALI PROJECT. Noooooooooooooooooo. I like how all their songs sound exactly the same. Fortunately, even they weren't able to ruin the awesome OP sequence. There were some interesting shots, and possibly foreshadowing for things to come: Badass Shichika Uhhh, someone who looks like Nanami? What in the... Also judging by the OP, Shichika and Emonzaemon will be fighting each other in the future, which was a likely outcome. Perhaps those unique guns are one of the swords? They seem to hold some type of significance. Shichika was interested in them, I believe. That aside, I liked this episode. Hitei and Emonzaemon are pretty cool and I'm curious to see whether or not he'll be able to kill Maniwa Houou. Last but not least, preview for the next episode: Ep. 9 preview Don't know why it wasn't shown. |

| Oooh, so you're saying Shichika is becoming more...human? I was wondering when this was going to happen. Emonzaemon is quickly becoming one of my favourites in this show, and so is Pengin (SO cute.) I prefer Togame with short hair, definitely. And nuuu, ALI Project Dx |

| 1. Project Ali ruins another opening. 2. Eamonzaemon is cool. 3. I love Penguin. 4. I love that the show manges to paint the development of Shichika and Togame's relationship with ease and subtlety. 5. I hate the long-winded speech Shichika gave that was anticlimactic in that he didn't end it with "I love you." 6. Holy crap, he has his arm back. |
