| Which show is scarier to you, Higurashi or Ghost Hunt? Although I'm only 2 episodes in, Ghost Hunt is pretty creepy for me already (and supposedly it gets a lot worse later). A lot more scary than Higurashi, which I thought occasionally got predictable, and when it wasn't, it didn't seem all that scary. I guess ghosts just creep me out a lot XD What do you think? |
| In terms the number of creepy moments Ghost Hunt wins for sure, but Higurashi has makes up for how few there are with the sheer level of creepy in some scenes. Overall id have to give it to Ghost Hunt, note that if you're not watching them at night and by yourself ur doin it wrong :P |

| Ghost Hunt has its annoying characters ruining most of the horror/thrills. Higurashi is scarier. |
| Higurashi is definitely creepier , and it also has gore and mystery. Ghost hunt is good too , but Higurashi was just amazing. |
| Ghost Hunt is a good series with creepy moments. Higurashi has a solid plot with disturbing scenes. Note: I watched them both at night. |

| I don't find gore horror scary, just disturbing. That said I haven't watched Higurashi so I wouldn't know if it's actually creepy. As for Ghost Hunt, it certainly had its creepy moments. |
