| It's not a honest Riding duel so what's with that rules btw? Jack's opponents don't follow the rules either so why should he followed it. He tried to push him down and killed him and later take his body. |

| Besides getting the cool dragon this little arc was dumb. They make it sound like Jack is just a dueling idiot who only fights with power all the time when he mostly grew out of that before :/ Such bad writing. |

| Hold the phone, I thought you couldn't tune tuner monsters or is this the exception? The lore behind the fight was cool, but it somehow felt a bit out of place. Yay Jaegar, I'm starting to grow on the guy. |

It couldn't be done prior to this episode, but it became a legit card mechanic after this episode for a few select cards like Red Nova Dragon. Overall I didn't care for this arc although at least this episode gave Jack his RDA upgrade without resorting to copying Yusei's Accel Synchro gimmick. Also Jack was using new strategies before he went back to focusing on ATK power alone. |
| Well, it was at least somewhat interesting to see Jack do something other than just spam Red Dragon Archfiend, and I think that was one of the better duels in the series, so far. At least for me, whose only been watching the dub until this point. So, that might be a low bar. But anyway, Red Nova Dragon! Back to Japan. |

| The answer to anti-power strats is to push through with an even bigger power... Guess it kinda makes sense in the actual game though, you don't reject your deck's game plan, you side in the answers and hope for the best. On the topic, card texts take precedence over the rulings. This is actually stated in the rule book. If a card says 2 tuners, then you use 2 tuners. |
