Jien Yanagida: Yukiya Matsui (Niehime to Kemono no Ou) Toshifumi Akai (Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia) helms the anime at CloverWorks. Hiroshi Seko (Jujutsu Kaisen) is handling the series composition and Taishi Kawakami is designing the characters. Ryou Takahashi (SK∞) is composing the music. Wind Breaker adapts Satoru Nii's delinquent action manga, which began on Kodansha's Magazine pocket website in January 2021. The 16th volume was released on March 8, with the 17th volume scheduled to be released on May 9. Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in March 2022.
