| It appears that Iruka knows Inori's older sister. This may explain Inori's sense of betrayal (for lack of a better term), as she and her sister had promised to keep skating as they grew up. I've been wondering if Inori's extended family line is full of talented people, as she certainly seems gifted, despite her flaws. Skating for just two years is impressive, especially since she can master complex jumps and remains dedicated to pursuing her dreams. It's a breakthrough that didn't happen with her older sister. Hikaru's expression when Inori is intensely focused lol it might be influenced by Tsukasa's advice. Regarding the competition, it now seems the winner is determined by the total from two stages, both are summative, which is interesting, though it doesn’t change much if the 3-jump stage is worth slightly fewer points than the actual test, but can compensate it if one performs at a peak in the first stage. |
