Why can't I purchase Volume 6 in English

I'm stumped. I have been ordering all the volumes of Inside Mari to read and, low and behold, Volume 6 in the only one I can't buy on Amazon. I can't find it listed on eBay. I decide I'll buy it on Kindle so I can at least READ it. But no, this specific volume is not available on Kindle. Is Volume 6 pulled from Kindle for a reason? Did it break a FCC rule or something? I have the last three volumes, but for some reason 6 is just completely unavailable. I'll try my public library but I'm very concerned.
