Actually if I want to be honest, all the main female characters from tokyo ghoul original hadn't enough develop and screen time.
Like touka,Eto,rize,hinami,Kaya irimi,itori,akira almost all of them

Mangaka didn't work on them enough

That's because tokyo ghoul re
Mangaka in TG re replaced all the main characters with new characters.

And mangaka have done very well job to them
They all developed very well
I mean saiko, tooru, kanae and...

In tokyo ghoul original rize and Eto were planned and supposed to be important and get more screen time in later but in TG re that didn't happen

Ishida almost forgot these characters and lost his way.
And because of his condition that he had,
He was so rush to end tokyo ghoul re,
And somehow ruined it.

All the main characters in TG original became victims of the new characters in re

I love tokyo ghoul original manga and I think it's a masterpiece

But about tokyo ghoul re I really didn't satisfied with it and I just think is a good manga with alot plotholes and problems not more
