Honestly any hate people have from this show come from the tendency to project onto a character ONLY when the character does something they don’t like. This is the ‘problem’ people have with Ainz. If you want a story about a villain then expect a villain. Also expect many crybabies to blow things out of proportion when nothing close to it happens. The MC here is a decent person but not good by any means especially to those against him. There was no r to answer y the question

I don’t remember if he personally does, but he takes enemies as sex slaves for the clan and mind controls/drugs them so that his goblin subordinates can r*pe them.

(I stopped reading this several years ago, so I don’t remember the specific chapters)

In Re:Monster the sexual abuse shown in a brutal way is very low compared to other manga (ex. Berserk) and is only shown at the beginning of the manga when the protagonist is still growing and can't do anything.
Later in the chapters the war slaves (Elves) were drugged with aphrodisiacs and were not touched until they asked for it (I don't know whether to consider it as sexual abuse) in fact they remained in cells for weeks and weeks until they gave up to carnal desires.

p.s. All the women the protagonist has sexual relations with then become his officially recognized wives
