Is there any anime that can please my soul, just like hyouka did?
Dialogues, animation, script, mystery everything about it is so good I am literally addicted to this anime
no It's not a masterpiece but surely is one of its own kind

Have you watched Gosick? It's also a mystery anime with romantic spice and quite interesting conversations. Or you can also watch anime from Kyoani (same studio) which has some similarities such as The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Clannad, etc.
