| I originally watched the anime in 2010, read the manga the year after, and some years rewatched the anime once more, but after all this time, I don't have a clear judgement of how great Toradora! really is until I reread the manga as a whole. Although, reading the novel one day would be the true representation of what the story is, I guess. All to say, at least from this chapter, I don't think Ami ever truly fell in love with Ryuuji, so even if she has as she claims she did, it is weird, how like Taiga, she doesn't want to date him... I'm not sure why, but instead wants Taiga to date him... I guess because she feels that Taiga deserves him more off what they've been through, even though Ryuuji had a crush on Taiga, but both he and Taiga fell in love with each other, but moreso on Taiga's side, I think... I really gotta reread this before the finale, and maybe eventually read the novel. |
