yes it does, just it isnt as much of a direct focus like it is in say dress up darling. there's a lot more focus on the cosplay and culture around it. the romance moments are really cute though when they get around to them

The harem tag basically gets used in place of romance if there are multiple girls anyway so that's probably why.

I would have to say it has a romantic subtext. Most of the heroines like the mc, but he’s too into 2D girls to not care at all

Comparing the manga with the PV, I would assume it's not R+. Manga is definitely R tho.
