Don't know bout the pacing, kinda felt sped run compared to the manga but I'm not complaining, it was tidy in the end, like fu*kin finally, Sylphie's wild fantasies legit cracked me up ngl, she practically begging for that meat. |

| Of course Rudeus would recognized her identity after seeing her face. I didn't get why Sylphy was so worried with him not recognizing her. Took them long enough really. Also, she's quite the pervert herself lol, giving Ariel a detailed explanation about what she wants to do with Rudeus. |

| They adapted this very well. I like some of the small changes they made like her conversation with Ariel which was a bit different. |

| I've always thought of Sylphie to be pretty innocent and wholesome, so hearing her voicing out her fantasies with Rudeus towards Ariel and Luke about how many kids she wants was hilarious. She's got more of a perverted mind than I thought! XD Overall, this episode simply made me REALLY happy with how it went. I'm glad that Ariel finally stepped in and helped Sylphie out after being patient for months with very little progress for Sylphie to tell her. Ariel's plan to help Sylphie was really nice of her to do as a way to help out Sylphie as a friend, which was also a sweet moment between the two of them. Thanks to her plan, it set up an intimate moment between Rudeus and Sylphie inside the cave after getting out of the rain. She was able to convince Rudeus to undress her right down to her underwear and, after he removed her shades, he finally called her by her true name, Sylphiette, which prompted her to hug him and confess her love towards him. All I can hope now is for Rudeus to return the feelings to Sylphie and that way, the first cour of season two can finish on a very high note for me. =) |
| the reveal was fantastic, but it didn't need to take so long. This season has been a huge snore compared to s1. Pulled a "devil is a part timer" s2 to me. S1 was fire, s2 is a slog. 3/10 overall, but a 8/10 episode. |

I don't think Ariel was surprised by what she was saying, more just that it was _Sylphie_ saying it. Remember how bashful she's been this whole time, even when rejecting Ariel herself in episode 0?
Though to be fair, pregnancy and kids *is* a pretty hard-core fetish...

| The rumor come out: does senior Fitz is woman? Jokes aside, this seems like the culmination for the quest for viagra season we've had unless something amazing happens in the last episode. It was self assuring that the confession took place but somehow it felt like it missed a little something. In any case, let's see how this ends. Horn-I mean, memorious episode |

| I really liked that this episode was so much from Sylphie's point of view. I enjoyed Rudy's obviousness as he continually, accidentally interfered with her plans. And the actual scene of the reveal/confession was really well executed and sweet. I really like the pacing of this arch as well. I realize that it can be frustrating considering how close their reunion was since basically the day Rudius arrived at the school, but I think this approach was better for establishing a real emotional connection beyond nostalgia and childhood affection. I mean, Rudius was practically becoming infatuated with Fitz despite thinking she was a male (and noting how out of the ordinary that was, especially considering his current predicament). It really made the development of their friendship/relationship much more organic and meaningful. (And in my opinion, it is not like the episodes have been boring or slow. Lots of important plot points (mass teleportation), new characters, world building, etc.: one of the highlights of the summer season.) Good stuff. |

| Finally we arrived, "he" achieved his goal (Fitz) :). Now she can be jealous officially, when rudeus spent time with the masked girl, trying to do a summoning magic. |
