Josuke Higashikata 4: Really funny guy but knowing he has to be serious in certain situations (typical furyo but this always work on me) and his brains make his power, at first glance really weak, an incredible one.
Jonathan Joestar: Incredible character, he embodies the bravery and the fierce that will be the Joestars' sign in the future, with great toughness and manliness, without lacking emotion moments.
Johnny Joestar: The more "developed" Joestar to me, his journey completely changed him and he built a strong will and bravery by himself (as his p1 counterpart), I just do not appreciate the role he plays in SBR
Jotaro Kujo: Manly and strong, he has incredible moments but almost do not have access to chara-dev due to his part's structure. He makes a great mentor later in the series and take his responsibilites seriously though.
Josuke Higashikata 8: Nice character, however he doesn't have any memorable scenes, and
Jolyne Kujo: She's nice and it's cool having a female mc, but with the whole group almost always on screen, she doesn't have the place to shine much.
Giorno Giovanna: Litterally no development (mostly due to an almost non-existent scenario in his part, as he's not the only one to suffer from it). His power is inconsistent as Araki was struggling writing good complex plot at that time :-). BUT I really love

GER's design, concept and power
Joseph Joestar: I really don't like him, he's the only JoJo MC I don't appreciate at all. Mainly because his humor never got its grasp on me, and basically everything he suffered from could have been avoided by his own actions. Plus his behavior early
and late
in the manga really made me kinda hate him.

Jotaro is my absolute favorite. He's just so cool and his edgy delinquent personality is both badass and hilarious. The most iconic JoJo for a reason.
After him it would be Joseph > Josuke > Jonathan > Jolyne = Giorno.
