What was the god purpose and why didn't Yuri killed him? Can someone pls explain to me what was happening during the last episode of Angel Beats.

So essentialy Yuri had an existential crisis which further led to the retrieval of the 9 tailed beasts in correspondence to the order directly from Chrollo , ultimately Asuna and Ichigo had to fight off Tachibana in order to maintain balance.

the only mention of god i remember is by th humans who died, well obvs spoilers:
that includes angel and head of student council guy, i think its just the beliefs of the cast.
also why would yuri kill god? even if god was a canon being (like one punch man) , yuri's goals were to help everyone move on, by letting them have fun, but going against "god" is contradictary to her motivation and is just random

i do and dont agree, in one aspect the story is about its charecters and the world refelects that (which i really like) but on the other hand this idea of a god and "angel" is a crucial theme in the series, and is always showing, even if subtly

the story and the premise of this anime doesn't make sense lol

not that people care, since they only like it because it makes them cry over extremely lame Characters that don't even have enough screentime
