Where to start reading ....

I have watched this anime countless times and now I wanted to read the LN.
So, I just wanted to ask the LN readers who might have already read it.
Can you please tell me that how many volumes were adapted in the first season and from which volume can I start Reading. I also wanted to know if the LN is complete or not? and also if it's worth reading or not!

you will want to start on Novel 4. The anime series adapts through Novel 3, then jumps briefly to Novel 6 right at the end there. So you may not get the same ending, but you should still start on the fourth book.

I enjoyed the novels. 12 vol are out, not finished

I'm not much of a novel reader, but I liked the novel of this series more than the Anime, you can continue from volume 4 after the anime, volume 6 was adapted into a movie, but I still recommend you to read it.

Then is No Game No Life Zero (movie) the 6th volume adaptation?

Definitely read from 4 you meet most of the races by novel 12 great games as well

Nothing different from what you've seen online. vol 4 and 5 then movie and then 7 onwards

Note that the movie adaptation of volume 6 skips at least pretty crucial scene that I can think of. Would recommend reading, for the sake of getting a lot of context the movie is missing.

That isn't to say the movie isn't worth watching: it definitely is.
