There haven't been a new chapter for almost 2 months does somebody know whats going on with the manga?!? is there a break or, something or, is the author having problems with his mental health?

they're still coming out as far as I know. If you go to the OUT reddit you can find translations for up to like chapter 226, and Japanese versions of up to 228, which came out super recently. Everything is running normally as far as I know.
