Just a few weeks before finished watching "THE SUMMER TIME RENDERING " . Though i had already completed watching WTC. I felt like there are a lot of similarities between the two anyone else feels the same .

I understand you man, I can feel the similarities because both animes take place in a somewhat isolated village full of mysteries and address these issues of time travel, The big difference in my view is that Summertime is more focused on frantic action involving Monsters and things like that, while Higurashi has a darker and more mysterious feel involving children and the way they approach time travel is different too (Sorry if there are any mistakes)

Agreed lol And that’s for the laughs, but shiki was easily one of the best anime ive ever watched. Just sucks what happened in it. That’s a show I genuinely love despite bad things happening in it. I can’t handle any of these isekais nowadays. That being said yosuga no sora >>>

The Only Similarity between the two Is Odd things are happening in a town that the protagonist just moved into.
