Tsukishima's definitely my favourite character in Haikyuu
As for my least favourite, there's no one really but if i were to pick it'd be Ennoshita

Its hard to pick one favorite but Daichi is great. At first oikawa was my least favorite, but I ended up thinking he was great after finishing the manga. Its hard to find a least fav now

the miya twins were great, honestly hoshiumi is shaping up to be just a generic annoying character to look at in contrast with hinata. Nothing is inherently wrong with that trope/concept, given how much I like oikawa and how well he contrasts kageyama, but I’m not seeing much individuality from someone who calls themself an ace. Would love to hear anyone who disagrees though.

Also to be fair, I’ve only seen the anime and he hasn’t had the most screen time so maybe I’ll pocket this opinion until the next season.

Mines got to be Kageyama. I resonated with him the most when I watched the show (personal reasons). He holds a very special place in my heart. There isn’t really anyone I dislike, they’re all teenage boys with dreams who wouldn’t like that?

favorite? Probably Asahi. He has always resonated with me with his journey back to Volleyball. seeing him redeem his love for the game dang there made me cry

as far as dislikes go, it's really hard to pick someone, because a lot of the characters are very likable. but one person I really wasn't too fond of is the tall guy for Date tech. Don't like or hate him....just don't really care for em lol
