diamond is unbreakable the part after Stardust Crusaders is the best one imo (but diamond is unbreakable is slow in the first half because world building)

Stardust Crusaders does get a bit better in the 2nd half of it but yeah its way too long and slow

In my own opinion, JoJo was good right from the start

But if you didn't like Battle Tendency (and especially Stardust Crusaders like the OP), then I don't think it's very likely you'd enjoy the rest of the series

It all depends on what you like if you like gothic horror you will like part 1 if you like goofy dated comedy with jokes that I don’t find too funny and a fun adventure setting you will like part 2 if you like straight comedy with a loose journey you will like part 3 I still hate the ending of part 3, if you like slice of life with a side of suspense and great comedy and horror you will like part 4, if you like 90s pity party shows like Eva you will like part 5 if you like philosophy you will like part 6! If you like westerns with moments of action and long explanations of characters talking then you will like part 7. If you like weird stuff happening then you will like part 8

Whilst you're watching part 1 everyone will say it gets good in part 2. 10eps in
You then don't like part 2 and everyone says it gets good in part 3. 25eps in
You then get to part 3 just to be told "btw there's like 40 monster of the week episodes, unlucky it will get good part 4" 75eps in
Then you are terrified, why is part 7 so much higher rated than part 4?, is part 4 just going to follow the same unlucky trend, but don't worry man it actually gets good at part 4.

This question doesn't exist for JoJo's bizzare fans. *Including me* but cuz I'm a manga reader and haven't watched JoJo's anime adaptations, I can't say anything but...

If we talk about JoJo manga: It's awesome from Part 1: Phantom Blood Chapter 1. and it just gets better in Part 2 *also good in Part 3* and Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable is the best *Part 5 and 6 is also super good* and Part:7 Steel Ball Run is the Besttt even better than Part 4, Part 8: is like Part 4 I guess.

The origin season is a slow start, but it explains the foundation of the story and its a set-up for season 2, Which is my favorite.

For me it started getting Good from Season 3 then Season 4 just slaps. Till now Gold Wind i.e. Season 4 is my favourite by far. And the final half of Season 3 got much more interesting with all that new Openings magic just loved all that storytelling.

Part 1 is usually a miss for most people
Part 2 is a very beloved part
Part 3 is a hit or miss for most people
Part 4 is a part mostly everyone likes, most people don't have any complaints with it
Part 5, you either think its meh or love it
Part 6 is kind of, complicated

Manga onwards
part 7, same as part 4 except replace like with love
part 8, sleeper hit, honestly can't say what the majority's opinion on it is cause no one talks about it for some reason

I think the first good part was part 1. But for some reason a lot of people who didn't follow the anime weekly don't like it... Perhaps it's just an anime that is best if followed weekly...

Jojo's 2012 - gets good at pillar man arc

Stardust crusaders - it's split into 2 seasons and it doesn't have a main arc when it gets good, you just gotta stay and wait for the fights because the greatness of stardust crusaders is in the fights and strategies, it's in the comedy, it's the quotes and just random weird moments

Diamond is unbreakable - this is longest arc I think with about 40 episodes or something like that it's a murder mystery type genre so it's also slow

Golden wind - this actually has better pacing and a bit more action packed since it's a gangster genre with lots of crime and action

Part 6 I have not watched yet because it isn't finished airing and netflix really annoyed me with their release order so i'm waiting for the whole thing to finish airing before watching it

I hated season one when I first saw it. But season two captured be. The main character, Joseph is my favorite jojo. The second half of season three gets really good. Everything after that is top quality.
