| Power is sooo funnn to watch |

| Pretty fun episode overall and a solid enough follow-up to the first episode. Everything looked good, and despite the skipped content, the pace flowed well enough for me to not be bothered by that and character introductions were solid too with some eccentricity to both Aki and Power's introductions (RIP to Aki's nuts). Denji's character has always been a mixed bag to me and this episode doesn't change that, there's aspects to him that I like as a character and aspects that fall kind of flat and a bit shallow here. I preferred Chainsaw Blood last week to this ED but it was still solid and visuals were nice too here. Not too much crazy stuff to comment about this episode, it was just solid fun like I expected and not too much to nitpick this time around besides Denji's motives being kind of hit-miss for me as a viewer to watch him. Felt like 10 minutes instead of 25, so it was a good episode to watch after a long day of university for me. |

| POWER! Despite muscle Devil being removed this episode was great managing to condence the right amount of information with the same fast pace that was contained in the manga. |

| Dang, my boy was barking like a lap dog, that was hard to watch. And Power is literally a girl, very subtle messages. Dukino said: Unpopular opinion incoming: I hate this part of Denji personality. This is the part of Chainsaw Man that really turned me away when I was looking into it a while ago. Denji sole motivation being just to feel some boobs. No its not relatable. No its not funny. No its not cool or interesting in anyway. Its lame and really dumb and shallow. I don't know why the author would make Denji character completely flip around like this. We saw in the premiere that Denji had plenty of motivation revolving around breaking out of that bad situation and living a happy life. So I was always confused as to why the author dumped Denji down so much to just being a guy who wants boobs and nothing else. I'm absolutely with Aki on this, Denji should get out of there if his motivations are that dumb. He's not built for this if that's his reasoning. Aki is spitting only truth but I'd bet money that people here and around the internet are gonna hate Aki for saying that and call him a hater. Maybe its just cause I know what happens with Makima later, no spoilers of course, that I don't relish this situation a single bit. It makes my skin crawl seeing Denji grovel to her and him kick Aki balls over and over again for Makima. The highlight of the episode was definitely though meeting Aki and Power. Two absolutely amazing characters with actual depth whom don't resort to shallow motivations. Power showing how much of a badass she is thumping that sea cucumber devil with one swing. To be fair, he is a dumb horny teenager and hes already been hunting demons for a long time now. But I agree, its not very relatable. The whole "either say yes or woof, dont say no or youre dead" deal is messed up. Imagine if it was a guy saying that to a woman.. |

| Another Fantastic episode! Aki and Power entered the scene, and the voice actors did them justice. The pace seems excellent, and I am not the least peeved about the muscle devil fight not being included—another wonderful ending song to the episode. I look forward to the next episode and getting more of Power and Denji. |

| Lmao, what a pathetic simp for protagonist, he's basically Kazuya but in a trashy battle shounen instead of a trashy romcom. Devils and Devil Hunters, along with the "special boy" who's a hybrid of the two, so original. |
