Too bright. Too pink.

Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei has a colorful palette that's better and it actually works with the themes of the anime. It's not colorful just for the sake of it.

I think the blast of color straight into your retinas actually makes it even more enjoyable. It’s very unique and pretty to watch. Makes it almost feel like you’re dreaming up the whole thing

The colors are like the only thing that got me through when I watched it back in the day. Sure it’s “overwhelming”, but it’s a show that went 110% with its art direction so I admire it for that.

I don’t think it has the best color pallet, but I think it really contributed to it looking so amazing. I’m any other show, I’d be like, that’s gross. But for this anime, it really helped with the scenery.

When I watched NGNL for the first time I was blown away by the quality of the graphics, character dising and the colors. I found it all very beautiful. in addition, NGNL has an amazing storyline. I would really like a new season. We need a season 2. We deserve a 2nd season. KADOKAWA/ Madhouse please👍😊

To me is between this series and Pet Kanojo... I wish more anime would play with this color palette.

As for all the epileptics in the thread... guys, those eyes of yours seem to be wasted on you. Take them off and give them to someone who needs them.

It's unique, but not necessarily better. When u have average design like any LN adaptations, this kind of coloring works. Otherwise it's not good

I personally liked the color palette of Toilet Bound Hanako a lot more. It has those bright colors that just pop out nicely but it doesn't overdo it like NGNL does.
