| Evileye sure has been getting some important roles lately in this season/arc. Looks like we got a full on invasion towards the Royal Capital this episode. I have to admit, the Blue Roses are quite brave for standing up against what appears to be far more dangerous adversaries than they've ever encountered. This was a hell of an episode, and deserving of being the second to last imo. |

| Haha, Pandora's Actor really did a hell of a good job trying to understand what this Riku Aganeia is up to, and that certainly set Ainz's objective into identifying what are his strengths and weaknesses, since the intel that he heard from Pandora's Actor certainly was baffling at best and something he's never heard of before but knows the similar semblances. The invasion of the Royal Capital, and as the clock ticks its countdown, people like Princess Renner fear for the worst. Most certainly with the Blue Roses and the princess's talk to buy more time, it feels like Evileye and the others under Ainz's commands instead, have successfully cornered Lakyus, Princess Renner and her bodyguard Climb. But this isn't the case as it's merely like a test, and while they show strong willpower, it's Brain Unglaus that was caught unawares, and even then, feels like a challenge as they head to their next destination. That enables Brain on his next goal to take down Ainz. Signal the start of the invasion from Aura's command, and Cocytus's entrance that Brain powers up maximums to face it, calmly and cohesively, making sure every slash gets its target. But it's Cocytus with his first blood that instantly killed Brain, and he truly died like a warrior in his words: "Seek life and facing death". What a way to go out that to Cocytus, is just barely a scratch. What a penultimate episode. Overlord is the GOAT once again. |

| Brain went out like a true warrior. I love how he earned even cocytus’ respect. He and Gazef were really great men. lol at climb seeing the princess easily wield Gazef’s sword. Very nice set up episode for what should be a very action packed finale next week. No turning back now. The big battle is coming. |

| That sudden breakout between blue roses had me surprised honestly, though to think it wasn't something ill-intentioned was assuring. Brain had his few lucky escapes previously, but not this time, Cocytus was too good for him. Another quality episode, we on a trot for quite some time. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| As LN Chad: Post-fight analsis way too short, although in general they don't mentions stuff like levels of classes in the anime so there's that. It also had Demiurge chip in a lot, not here. Ainz thinking about his death was NOT an inner monologue but spoken loudly, that's an L. I give it 5/10 Tea scene was great, no qualms there, 9/10 Brain scene - cut of some crucial part, but was consistent in the anime, 7/10 |

| Of course Brain had no chance to defeat even Cocytus but damn that was sad, he was a great character and died with all his strength and courage... RIP |

| They care for her that much they had to use deception, betrayal and force on her to save her life. Ah Iri could rampage all along the castle walls to his/her/it's hearts content! LOL ...and so ends Brain Unglaus. Good man. |

| Worst episode of the season, even worse than last week's. So much hype and build-up for Glaus. And then he's defeated effortlessly just like everyone else. This anime has become super boring. |

| A much weaker episode than the previous.. but I guess it is hard to top PA vs PDL. Didn't care much for the tea party moment with Blue Rose and Renner, I just felt it took up too much time. Brain vs Cocytus was.. well, brief and kind of just.. underwhelming. For a master swordsman, you'd think he'd learn more than the same one move he's been doing over and over since the beginning. But more of the original writer's fault.. even in the LN, I don't think he's done more than that. I had a chuckle though that he changed the name of his skill in reference to his small win over Shalltear. Anyways, finale up next.. hoping it wraps up what has been a pretty enjoyable season overall despite some hiccups. |

| Damn Brain is gone. Overlord really isn't afraid to get rid of characters that have been here since the beginning. That scene where they subdued the leader was really disturbing. I knew why they were doing it but from her perspective it was like her entire team just betrayed her and was stabbing her full of needles. |

| First half wasn't that interesting but Cocytus VS Brain was good, not the battle itself but the respect Cocytus had for a fellow warrior. |

| I must admit this episode did not have me as hooked as the previous episodes. Though, it was intriguing how the Blue Rose was dealing with their thickheaded leader. Brain Unglaus did not get the honorable, long send-off like the last ditch effort of the lizard tribe because Cocyutus had a task to prioritise. I am sure he would if he had the time.I would assume Brain will get a 2nd chance by Ainz but whether they can convince him to defect or he will some super-luvy brainwashing time with netronist is the question. |
