While my original statement was a bit hyperbolic, singer still sounds like someone is squeezing his balls and he sounds so high pitched as he is trying way too hard, instead of trying to sound natural and as a result he sounds just overdramatic as he is about to break down in tears.

It is so damn overrated.

Thats literally how he sings lmao. Singers have different styles and for how unique his tone is, its prettu fucking good and instantly recognizable, like the other guy said, you’re just tone deaf or sum
