| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- This is not bad, plenty of action in this one^^ Ichigo isn't fighting as well as I would hope but I would prefer him to fight Ulquiorra fairly though instead of relying on his friends when he's in trouble. Yammy has finally shown up, and his battle with Ishida should be a good one :D |

| Some things never change. Like the how Orihime always defaults to being the helpless victim. She can't even say anything let alone do anything. So damn frustrating. With Ichigo, I can understand his reactions, but he really should just listen to Ulquirra and focus on his opponent because he isn't getting anywhere by shouting "Inoue!" At least Ishida was pretty cool, though he had the least amount of screen time. Maybe there's a correlation there lol. |

| good episode, but a great inoue focused episode because most of the time i want to fall asleep when watching an episode about her; actually i was waiting to see this episode so we could see loly and menoly die again (it would be nice if they could come back again so we could see it again because i don't like those girls). really soon we get to see you know what happen, damn all the good manga parts are coming so soon can't wait. oh and i loved the ending part gin did about loly, funny as all hell |

| Now, I knew Orihime was useless from the beginning, but damn if she wasn't a total waste of space in this episode. That she refused to go on the offense even to save her life utterly dumbfounded me. I wanted to shrug off the stupid decision to have her save Muramasa as the writers being dumb, but no, Tite Kubo is dumb, and can't write female characters for shit. What am I saying...he can't write characters for shit. I honestly considered dropping this show at the end of this episode. Curiosity and a sense of obligation due to having watched 268 episodes are the only things that keep me watching the show, but if it can't have enough sense in the main story for me to think of a way that Ichigo and Ishida beat Ulquiorra and Yammy without resorting to abhorrent deus ex, then I just don't know how much longer I can stand it. As of right now, I'm only in this for the Kiesuke and the captains (excluding Kenpachi and to some extent, Soi Fon). I think I'm done watching the filler episodes, though. |
| Not a bad ep. For a sec I totally thought Ichigoo was actually going to get through to help Inoue. Nope says Uliquora with his awesome one finger cero. Also too bad Ichigo couldn't have figured out to wrap his sword in energy a lot sooner. Arancar encyclopedia was pretty good as well. would have been a lot funnier if they had shown a short screen of Ishida using Loli as a stepping stone like some people say he did in the manga. |

It means young girl. At least in Japan it does. Because in the western world we associated with only 2D young girls and not real ones. Well this episode was definitely an improvement than the last stupid "three stooges" kind of fight with Reji and Chad but in the end they just killed time again. Seriously i understand how desperate they are since Kubo's way of making manga is slow as hell but if the episodes can't show a good rhythm because they are afraid of reaching the manga then the anime will always suck and if that's the case, they may as well stop it for a few years until there is more story. At least they where killing time by putting a few more scenes in the main battle this time and that move of Ulquiorra when Ichigo tried to trick him and pass threw him was awesome. Can't remember if it was in the manga. Yami reminds me of those big fat bullies you see in schools at certain movies. He certainly has the title of the most stupid Espada. Hope next few episodes will just let us enjoy the battle with out fillerish time killing attempts. |

| Still mediocre to what I was expecting, to be honest I have no care for Inoue, Ishida and Yammy, the whole point is Ulquiora VS Ichigo, and we still have not got what we expect. They need to up their game, be that as it my though, it was a nice mix of action and emotion, which alowed it to be a good episode. |

| Actually, now that you mention it, where the hell are the captains? I assume Kenpachi, Byakuya, Mayuri, etc. are all doing something... was this mentioned, or have they just completely forgotten about them? |
| The finger Cero to stop Ichigo from getting by was so awesome. Thankfully Inoue is okay for now. Glade to see Loli isn't dead, shes actually pretty cool to me.......and so is her outfit. Ishida to the rescue! Finally time for him to shine. |
