How is the English dub?

What are your thoughts on the dub of the OVA? To me, I love the English dub because it got Tara Sands, Amy Birnbaum, Lisa Ortiz, and Debora Rabbai in the dub.

Very weak, I preferred the TV series dub much more.

Now that I think about it, that's my opinion on the OVA as a whole.

it’s still very decent for a late 90s and early 2000s dub.
