I recently cause up to this series, I have seen season 1 and started season 2. I really enjoyed it and I wanted to know should I read the light novel. I’ve never read a light novel but I really love this series. Should I just wait for it to be adapted as a whole or should I read the ln.

Definitely 👌. ( character limit )

the light novel is definitly better than the anime. the anime has bad pacing, but if u have not read the LN ur not gonna notice. they already cutted some scenes, like in episode 1 of season 2 ayanokōji was supossed to have a meal with hirata, but he didn't and they are gonna cut even more. they probably are gonna skip vol. 4.5 completly since they adapted a part in season 1 ( the pool episode ). in the LN we also get more of the charachter's thought's about the situation depending on who is the narrator.
so my oppinion is that even if u choose to watch the anime u should read the LN right after

The LN fans are saying that the adaptation changed a few things from the original. So if you really like this series then go ahead and read the LN, you'll probably enjoy it. Though I think you'll need to read it from the beginning, because as I said some details are different in the LN.

Yes. You most definitely should. Since you love this anime, you’re gonna love the light novel even more.

Ofcourse, you should, that is what I am doing too, you will get more detailed view on many scenarios, whenever episodes will release, like what's happening or whatever the rules are.

Yes it's one of the best LNs out there while the anime is just another show that's fun to watch but nothing special.

Read it after finished the anime. My reason is if you pick up the change from LN in anime, you will turn into this "LN reader anime haters" kind of zombie. Better keep yourself safe. But you definitely need to check LN from vol. 1. It's super good.

Nah, no need to read a boring book when it’s animated.
The right mindset when watching an anime is hoping that it will break your top 10

Yes you should, it had way more detail, and there were a bunch of cut scenes and changes made in the anime

YES YES AND YES!!!! the light novel is way better than the anime! surpasses it by a long shot!!! basically You-Zitsu is having a horrible adaptation and far too many things are left out.. i recommend starting from the first volume!
