Dorohedoro. A man with a lizard head while having a head inside his mouth is super bizarre to me. And the story has a lot of strange things and settings.

Plot just goes haywire by the time you get to the 2018 anime and structure is nonexistent in it.

HELLSING ULTIMATE would be a good recommendation. Instead of a villian fighting against the hero, the main character is the villian himself and the whole show is basically villian battleground. I'd recommend watching it in DUB as every character has a British origin.

Also did I mentioned the Nazis are included.
