I've listed some animes that haven't been cited yet where they start dating before half of the show :
- B gata H kei (a ecchi and comedy romance that makes a good development between the characters)
- Nazo no kanojo x (it has a weird concept but it has all the codes of a good romance, they start dating in the first episode)
- Kareshi kanojo no jijou (they also start dating early)
- tsuki ga kirei (a realistic one)
- I think they start doing stuff pretty early in bloom into you but I don't remember well.
- Even if it gets complicated, I remember they start dating early in Tonari no kaibutsu kun.
- Futari ecchi (they get married in the first volume, it's a ecchi romance manga)
- hajimete no gal (if you like this kind of anime)
- ShoBitch (not so good but they start dating in the first episode)
- there must be many others I've forgotten or never watched but look for it by yourself and you should find easily.

Chivalry of a failed knight, this show isn't super amazing or anything and its primarily action focused but the main couple gets together in like episode 4 or something and the romance ain't bad
