I was wonder if anyone could do a short summary on what happens in the end of the LN ? What happens to each girl etc etc TY !

What I am remember is tsukiko win now she is dated with yokodera and her emotions back, in the end Tsukushi still live and not dead. Tsukushi cancel her wish to not become like her mother because if she want to become like her mother shel will die like her mother.
