Anything else to read after I'm done with Tsukihime?

I've watched most Fate series and am about half way through Tsukihime manga. Anything else I should know about? Is the Tsukihime anime really that bad? I'm kinda enjoying the manga, not gonna lie...

There'll be an adaptation soon after ufotable adapts Mahoutsukai no Yoru. So right now there isn't any current Tsukihime anime.

If you havent watched garden of sinners, you could do that. And no there isn't a tsukihime anime. 💀

Definitely watch Garden of Sinners, and watch it in release order, 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-9-8-10 in that exact order. There is no Tsukihime Anime and don’t even think about looking it up.

Watch Kara no Kyoukai, it has similarities with Tsukihime. If you only watched Fate anime, I'd recommend reading Fate/stay night visual novel at least for Saber's route, and Fate/hollow ataraxia. Also there's Mahoutsukai no Yoru adaptation by ufotable will be coming soon (no official date).
You can read Tsukihime visual novel as manga only covers Arcuied's route, or wait till translation of Tsukihime Remake will be finished. However, Tsukihime Remake has only two routes (Arcuied's and Ciel's) for now and we don't know when other routes will come.
There're also plenty of fate spin-offs (Fate/strange fake, Fate/Type Redline...) which haven't been adapted and finished yet. And small (Tsuki no Sango, Notes) or unfinished (D.D.D.) works by Kinoko Nasu are taking place in the same universe (not sure about D.D.D. though), you can check them out too, I personally appreciate them.
