Not really. Author decided to milk it and dragged the story out, lead to me just giving up and Googling the end.

It does get dragged in the end but it's worth reading.

Not really. Even the author admits that he regrets not justifying enough why did the winning girl won. Story is milked and rushed at the end with a force win so I wouldn't recommend it.

In my own opinion, this is the type of manga that is still enjoyable despite having cliches for both the characters and the story. As one of those who supported the winner among the girls, I can say that the author did a pretty good job making me understand the lost of the other side.

P.S. The ending feels a bit rushed and not rewarding after all of the chapters of build-up. Another chapter for the couples sweet times and a few revision of the chapter next to the ending would be great.

Not really. Nisekoi is “Beloved and liked” by many just because it was made by Shaft and their crazy stuff and still that applies to Season 1 only. Ask most people’s opinion about the manga as a whole and they will tell you the exact same reason: It’s dragged. A lot. How much exactly? Well, almost to the point that you can jump from Vol 11 all the way to the last 4 Chapters of the last Volume (25) and story would still make sense.
It’s a waste of time reading it all because it will not provide the “Ahh that’s why she won it’s clear now” because even the author admitted that the ending is rushed (Rushed after over 200+ Chapters seems like a lame excuse) and that the ending should have been better executed and more thoroughly explained to give a more satisfying conclusion to the reader.
If you already know the ending just leave it like that because the journey WILL NOT be rewarding.

You can read it as short stories or one shots but after all it will always be at least a little character development so i think is worth it

100 Percent!! I read it knowing a bit of what happens at the end of the manga years after I watched the anime so I was a bit scared that I wasn’t gonna enjoy it as much, but instead I ended up loving the series way more than I did prior to reading the entire thing & I actually think that it’s amazing despite a couple of its flaws. Overall, I’d suggest going in with an open mind if you’re still interested in reading the manga & to also try & not think about the spoilers too much as well

I personally wanted to know how it ended so I finished s3 and went straight to the manga and it was the first manga I ever read 1 year ago and I enjoyed it. A lot.

I finally decided to read it several days ago and finished it yesterday. I was bugged big-time by the fact the anime just left the locket/key story up in the air and simply went down side tales for most of its second season - I rarely read books or manga, I don't typically enjoy it as much.

To that end, after reading the manga, I was satisfied. It was a very long read for me, and the manga wasn't much better with the side stories, but the characters were plenty lovable enough that eventually I just said fuck it and decided to give it all a chance to entertain me again. The last 30 chapters or so really hit home, the author IMO did right by every character, and everything felt resolved in the end.

So, if you're a fan of the show and want to know more, including the true story of the keys, and/or love the characters the most, then I would absolutely recommend reading it.

If you weren't very invested in that part of it or didn't care much about the girls, then you probably won't enjoy your time spent reading it.
