Watch the show then if u like it you can watch the OVA. Personally it's one of those anime where the OVA felt better than the show itself and both has equal number of episodes.

They are different since they adapt different manga chapters each so you should watch both if you want the full experience.
Here is the most accurate order watch based on the manga.
OVA 1 - OVA 2 - TV Ep 1 to 6 - Ep 8 - Ep 7 - OVA 3 - OVA 4 - Ep 9 to 12 - OVA 5 to 12

OVA has so much fan service. I loved it but watch normal one first. If you like the fan service then OVA has double than the normal

The show is more story driven, and the ova is more sexual from what I’ve heard. So whatever you prefer lol.

Watch both cause the ova starts off where the original series left off
It's called an ova but I personally think it should've been labeled s2
The ova actually focuses on the fanservice more than the series so if you do like it then start the ova
