| This was a pretty good episode. Though I am pretty sure that firefighter isn't going to be around anytime soon. So basically a good heartwarming episode. That Super Saiyajin though!! |

| Honestly since this "Second Season" started the show became unfunny and kinda boring. i only liked the new ED and episode 50, the last 3 episodes were just lame af i think we need more Shinsengumi GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER GINTAMA |
| Great ep. The sudden yet successfully executed genre and mood transitions are what makes Gintama truly great. It's reminiscent of Cowboy Bebop. S2 looks quite promising. Also, love the fact that Gin-san was channeling his inner feminist in this one. |

We meet Tatsumi, the female firefighter this time and she's quite the looker: Gintoki might not be the arsonist she's after, but his crimes are just as severe: throwing away old Jumps! The monster! Kagura's actions are totally justified: Anyway Tatsumi's relationship with her adoptive father was our central focus. The soap bubble metaphor for the erratic and fleeting nature of life was on point. Tatsumi had a hard life no doubt, but at least she had plenty of joy too: And ultimately she gained some acceptance from and insight into her father. Gintoki, there's no denying it, you are the man. :)  |
| Does anyone know the track that plays when the first backstory scene starts (7:10). The moment when the kids house is burned down. I've been re-watching the series and I'm very positive this ost track was played more times in the series. I looked all over for it :( Nice sad and funny ep btw |

| Hmm ngl weakest episode yet, less comedy but that's not the bummer cuz I've enjoyed most of the more serious or emotional episodes yet but the sad flashbacks felt pretty corny and these firefighter characters weren't all that likeable to begin with |
