KAIJI IS SUCH A GOOD PROTAGANIST!! I'm only 4 episodes in and Kaiji is easily in my top 10 protagonists ever!! his design is so cool and the way he thinks through everything is awesome!!

I agree. He can be relatable at times, sometimes really smart, sometime you blame him for his mistakes but you can't help feel bad for him after seeing him struggle and when he actually wins a gamble there's a huge sense of satisfaction

Compared to Kakegurui, he is smart, but not some kind of overpowered gambling-addict lady winning every round. Definitely one of the best protagonists
