@AozoraLookout on twitter has shown the Staff listings for this anime. He got this info at the Kyoto International Manga Fair. I will quote all the informations he has given.

Prop Design: Kazunari ARAKI [Sculptor known for making dinosaur sculptures]

Editing: 鍛冶川一夫 Kazuo KAJIKAWA?
Sound Director: Akane MAEDA
Sound Production: Tohokushinsha Film Corporation

The episodes will be around 3 minutes long. Lets hope the nostalgia is huge with this one.

Nice, the director previously worked on some KyoAni anime and Lidenfilms should be fine since the episodes are 3 minutes.

Since somebody made a thread theorising that it would be delayed, it's also worth mentioning that a visual for it was seen that contained release information; it's still slated for this Fall and begins in October.
