| Im mildly excited. It most likely will not deliver the greatness of the VN, but i will be content just seeing some great scenes in animation. Just sucks that anime only watchers will probably miss out on allot of the experience that the VN readers of the whole trilogy had. Best case scenario - it will somewhat push the franchise outside of only a dedicated niche fanbase, bring more people to the VNs and MAYBE spew forth more / better adaptions. |

| I probably like Muv Luv alternative more than everything in my top 10 anime so I should get excited for this, but there´s always that uncomfortable feeling for an adaptation that has big chances of being dissapoiting, or good at best. |

| Not excited but curious to see how they go about animating it and how they deal with condensing the entirety of Muv Luv Extra + Unlimited. Just hope its not done badly. Please no. The Visual Novel is just too good apart from the Hentai part. |

| They're already teasing Sadogashima and have shown no restraint whatsoever in showing the BETA upfront in the trailer so there's no reality in which this turns out to be anything but a rushed out mess. That's on top of already skipping the entire set-up of the trilogy. Yes let's adapt Return of the King without Fellowship and Two Towers, sounds like a great idea. Just give me some good Ayamine content that's all I ask at this point. |
| I'm not a massive fan of the VN so not really, but I am intrigued to see how this anime goes by adapting this VN, how many episodes will it be, how will they adjust with the removal of material and exposition, how will they deal with the removal of Extra and Unlimited content from looks of things since while both are not that great (particularly Extra), they are entries that help build Alternative to what it is, etc. Even how they handle the fights and graphic scenes and whether or not they will be censored or shown in full brutal mode. Plus if it's a controversial adaptation quality-wise, always good to get the popcorn ready and see MLA fans burst their bubbles and unleash hell for the anime for being a butchered adaptation of their favorite series of all time. |

| i don't know anything about this and tbh don't care much (i'm not even a mecha fan), but seeing the "best vn of all time" comment, as well as the mild-nudity rating... guess i'll watch a few episodes speaking of nudity, i wonder if there's an uncensored version out already or if we need to wait forever for it lol |

Imagine if they do something like they do a portion of Alternative then jump to Extra & Unlimited, and go back to Alternative again. Now that the estimation is 1 cour, good god there will be a shitstorm if they did that. Pepeannoyed. Death to Anime. |
